We are one of the leading manufacturer exporters of 100 % Cotton Terry Towels in Dobbies & Jacquards from India. We have a modern plant with state-of-the-art technology with an installed capacity to manufacture 2180 tpa of Terry Towels.
Our's is an integrated plant incorporating in-house Weaving, Processing and Finishing Machines. We have installed 32 looms (24 Dobby's and 8 Jacquard's) of M/s Nuovo Pignone, Italy. We dye our products in house in a soft flow machine, then hydro-extract in a centrifuge and finally dry it in an air cushion dryer. Owing to this, the pile formation of the fabric is not crushed and there is not tension on the fabric on any stage. This imparts a soft and bulky feelto the towel. We have automatic machines to the hemming and also a shearing and polishing machine. We have also set up a physical and a chemical lab to control and aid the manufacturing processes as well as ensure the manufacture of quality products.
We procure cotton yarn from the top mills in India having installed the best plant and machinery. Our yarn suppliers keep a stock of 4-5 months of cotton thus ensuring thet we get similar product over longer period of time. Also, we use dyes and chemicals manufactured by the ICI, Sandoz, Jaysynth who are manufacturing them to cater to International standards. Also, these are azo free and thus cater to the environmental norms being recognised in many countries.
We have been exporting our products to U.K., France, Holland, Belgium, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, Japan, USA & Canada. Our buyers include manufacturer's, Wholesalers and and Importers.
